AFS participated in the Career Days event held at Ankara Medipol University on May 13–14, bringing together students, academics, and industry representatives.
Committed to engaging with young talent and building strong connections with the professionals of tomorrow, AFS informed participants about its corporate culture, career opportunities, internship programs, and professional development initiatives throughout the event.The AFS booth was also visited by the Rector of Ankara Medipol University, along with numerous faculty members and academics. During these visits, company representatives exchanged views on the competencies required by the industry, the career expectations of young professionals, and the importance of strengthening university–industry collaboration.
Throughout the event, the AFS Human Resources team introduced students to the company’s areas of expertise, working environment, and talent development programs, while answering questions regarding career planning and professional growth. The strong interest shown by students highlighted the value of direct interaction between industry and academia.
